Fintry Estates Limited (FEL) was formed in 2014 by Duncan McEwan, having previously headed the highly successful retail and leisure arm of Terrace Hill plc. Duncan was joined in 2017 by Graham Wilson, formerly of Vico Properties and Jomast Ltd.
From their North East base, they offer an unrivalled knowledge and experience of property development across Scotland and the north-east of England. They have delivered a wide range of commercial projects, including retail, leisure, offices and industrial, along with mixed-use schemes, often partnering with residential developers and investors.
Fintry are working in partnership with Hargreaves Land on this project. Hargreaves Land is a regeneration and property development specialist, who lead the way in creating innovative remediation strategies, focusing on the Midlands, North of England and Scotland.
They have successfully developed a wide range of high-quality schemes that deliver much-needed employment and housing opportunities, making significant investment in local economies.
Purpose of this consultation
This consultation is the first stage in a two-stage public consultation in relation to our proposals for this site. It explains more about the development opportunity and our vision for the site. It also provides an overview of our emerging proposals, which remain under development.
We will undertake a further consultation in early 2024 in relation to the scheme we propose to submit as part of our forthcoming planning application.
